About Naia

Healthcare is one of the most important, complex, and yet under-designed systems in the world. We believe it can — and must — be fundamentally remade.

Naia is building what modern healthcare will become — not just another clinic network.

Naia is structured to give talented people real responsibility and high autonomy early. You will consistently work across disciplines on new, difficult problems that have real, society-wide implications — in an environment where ambition and hard work are rewarded.

Our company spans clinics, products, and software, which means there are meaningful opportunities to work across different parts of the healthcare ecosystem.

If the role below fits you, please apply. If not, we are always looking for exceptional people — and we strongly encourage you to submit a general application.

About the Role

As an Associate — New Ventures at Naia, you will work within a New Ventures team, contributing to the building, expansion, upgrading, and structural evolution of the business. This is not a narrow role and not limited to any single function. It is a high-ownership, execution-focused role for someone who wants to learn how real businesses are built, scaled, and transformed from the inside.

Your mandate is to help make the organisation bigger, stronger, more scalable, and more valuable — by contributing to projects that expand existing businesses, build new products and platforms, improve internal systems, fix structural bottlenecks, and create new growth engines across the corporate group.

This role operates across products, functions, and divisions — not inside a single silo. You will work across companies, systems, and platforms, gaining exposure to enterprise-level strategy, execution, and value creation, while operating inside high-impact projects that matter to the organisation’s long-term trajectory. Work is organised on a project basis around the highest-impact priorities identified by the executive team. You will be embedded into major initiatives and enterprise projects, working directly with senior operators, builders, and executives. Projects run in defined 12-week cycles, with aggressive performance-based compensation tied to outcomes and delivery.

This is a builder pathway role. You will execute hands-on, learn how to structure complex problems, design real solutions, and deliver outcomes in live operating environments. The role is intentionally designed around hard, interesting, diverse, and high-leverage problems — not static tasks or narrow scopes. High performers will have the opportunity to progress into Executive — New Ventures roles, lead projects independently, and eventually build and lead their own teams — creating a clear progression path into high-impact responsibility inside the organisation.

Among other things, responsibilities of the role may include:

  • Contributing to high-impact enterprise projects — turning strategic priorities into real systems, products, platforms, or businesses.

  • Building and improving internal platforms, systems, and operating models that materially improve performance, efficiency, and execution speed.

  • Structuring and delivering new products, business lines, or initiatives from concept through to operational handoff.

  • Working on cross-company initiatives that span divisions, functions, and business units to remove structural constraints to growth.

  • Helping build project teams around major initiatives and transitioning mature systems into long-term operating structures.

  • Executing hands-on across projects — research, analysis, design, coordination, build, testing, and delivery — whatever is required to drive outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Formal qualifications or experience are nice to have, but not required. We care about ability, work ethic and personality. If you can create real value, you belong here.

  • Must be 18+ (we hire on capability, not tenure).

  • Strong internal drive and self-motivation — you don’t require external pressure or supervision to perform.

  • Extreme ownership over outcomes — you take responsibility for results, not tasks.

  • This is a demanding, high-intensity role. You enjoy hard problems, high standards, and responsibility — and you don’t need structure, pressure, or hand-holding to perform.

  • You are a builder by nature — you enjoy creating, designing, improving, and solving from first principles, and you don’t need to be spoon-fed direction to produce value.

  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly understand complex problems, new industries, and systems from first principles.

  • Willingness to do whatever the role requires in the moment, including unglamorous or practical work.
