By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Patient Terms & Consent, which are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this site.

This website, located at www.naiahealth.com.au (and any related domains or subdomains we operate), provides:
information about our clinics, services, and programs;
online booking, onboarding, and administrative tools;
access to forms, patient resources, and digital communication systems;
online payments, invoicing, and account management; and
general health-related educational material.
This website does not provide medical, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. All clinical services are delivered exclusively by independent practitioners, not by Naia Health.

By using this site, you acknowledge that Naia Health may operate digital tools including:

clinical transcription and documentation tools;
artificial intelligence (AI)–assisted software;
automated analytics;
online forms and digital workflows.
These systems may support clinical documentation, operational processes, booking management, audit, training, research, and continuous improvement.
Nothing in these systems replaces the independent clinical judgment of a treating practitioner.
If you have concerns about recordings or AI-supported tools, you may raise them with us. Where reasonably practicable and clinically appropriate, alternative documentation methods may be used; however, doing so may limit your access to certain services.
Use of these systems is further governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Online or telephone payments for services may be processed through approved third-party providers such as Ezidebit or other PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Naia Health does not receive or store full credit card numbers or security codes;
payment processors operate under their own privacy and security frameworks;
Naia Health is not liable for errors, outages, breaches, or failures of external payment systems;
payment information may be processed offshore by those providers;
invoices issued by Naia Health must be paid by the due date stated.
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, all payments are non-refundable.
Naia Health reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where payment has not been made or cannot be processed.

references to third-party products or services;
embedded tools or systems provided by external vendors.
Naia Health does not endorse, control, or guarantee any third-party service, and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices.

Schedule 1 — Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
use any device, routine or software that interferes, or attempt to interfere, with the proper working of this site;
engage in any action that requires, or may require, an unreasonable or excessively large load on our infrastructure;
use this site to decipher passwords or security encryption codes, transmit any worms, viruses or Trojan horses, transfer or store illegal, threatening or obscene material or otherwise violate the security of any computer network;
use this site to violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, to engage in any misleading or deceptive online marketing practices or for any fraudulent or malicious purposes;
use any spider, robot or search/retrieval application or any screen scraping, data mining or similar data gathering device, process, program or means to access, retrieve or index any portion of this site;
use this site by any automated means;
use this site to transmit junk mail, spam or chain letters or pyramid schemes or engage in other flooding techniques or mass distribution of unsolicited email;
