Naia is a service designed for clinicians who wish to consult independently. You retain your own independent practice and full clinical autonomy, while working within a shared clinical environment alongside specialists and allied health professionals.

Naia supports you by removing the operational burden of running a practice so you can focus entirely on clinical care. We provide fully furnished consulting rooms and clinical spaces, manage all bookings, administration, and billing, and supply integrated practice management software, EMR, and AI-assisted transcription tools to streamline your workflow. If you require injectables, braces, or other clinical consumables, we handle procurement and inventory to ensure you are consistently stocked.

Beyond operations, we actively invest in your growth. We have dedicated team members whose primary role is to support and grow your practice through targeted marketing and referral pathways, helping connect you with appropriate patients.

We also encourage and can help facilitate hosting students, trainees, or research activities within the clinic. Our practice staff are trained in basic clinical support tasks — such as preparing injections — to assist clinicians and help consultations run as efficiently as possible.

Naia is actively growing and partnering with outstanding clinicians. We currently have space available in our existing hubs and are planning additional locations in the near future.

While we are actively looking to partner with clinicians from all backgrounds, our current growth is especially focused on specialists managing chronic disease, together with physiotherapists and dietitians.
