About Naia

Healthcare is one of the most important, complex, and yet under-designed systems in the world. We believe it can — and must — be fundamentally remade.

Naia is building what modern healthcare will become — not just another clinic network.

Naia is structured to give talented people real responsibility and high autonomy early. You will consistently work across disciplines on new, difficult problems that have real, society-wide implications — in an environment where ambition and hard work are rewarded.

Our company spans clinics, products, and software, which means there are meaningful opportunities to work across different parts of the healthcare ecosystem.

If the role below fits you, please apply. If not, we are always looking for exceptional people — and we strongly encourage you to submit a general application.

About the Role

As a Growth Lead at Naia, you will own and drive growth across the organisation’s most important priorities. This is not a narrow marketing role and is not limited to a single product or channel. It is a high-ownership, outcomes-driven role for someone who wants to build, test, and scale growth engines across clinics, products, and new ventures within the broader corporate group.

Growth Leads operate at the centre of execution. You will work closely with senior leaders to identify where growth matters most, design strategies to unlock it, and then lead delivery end-to-end. Work is organised on a project basis, typically in defined 12-week periods, with aggressive performance-based compensation tied directly to results. Strong performers are rewarded with larger scopes, bigger teams, and higher upside.

All Growth Leads start as single-person teams. You are expected to execute personally at first, then hire and build the team around you as traction is proven. We are continuously hiring additional Growth Leads, and the role can be structured as full-time or part-time. You build your team to match your operating cadence — effectively creating a small, autonomous growth organisation within the company.

To ensure deep understanding of the business, you should expect to spend part of your first six months working part-time in operations (e.g. clinics, customer support, frontline workflows). This role is ideal for someone who wants high autonomy and the opportunity to work across a wide range of projects — with generous compensation tied directly to performance.

Among other things, responsibilities of the role may include:

  • Owning growth outcomes for specific products, services, or initiatives across the corporate group

  • Designing and executing end-to-end growth strategies across channels

  • Running rapid experiments, analysing results, and iterating quickly based on data and real-world feedback

  • Hiring, training, and leading a small growth team as traction is established

  • Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams to unlock growth

  • Recommending which growth initiatives to pursue next based on expected impact and execution capacity

  • Working within real constraints (time, capital, team size) to produce results

  • Handing off scaled initiatives to operations once systems are stable and repeatable

  • Moving between companies, products, or projects as executive priorities evolve

What You Bring

  • Formal qualifications or experience are nice to have, but not required. We care about ability, work ethic and personality.

  • Must be 18+ (we hire on capability, not tenure).

  • Strong internal drive and self-motivation — you don’t require external pressure or supervision to perform.

  • Extreme ownership over your work and outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguity into action — you can identify opportunities, design and execute an approach, test and iterate using data and experimentation, and scale what works without needing constant direction.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly understand complex problems, new industries, and systems from first principles.

  • Willingness to do whatever the role requires in the moment, including unglamorous or practical work.

  • Interest and ability to hire, train, and lead a team.
