About Naia
Healthcare is one of the most important, complex, and yet under-designed systems in the world. We believe it can — and must — be fundamentally remade.
Naia is building what modern healthcare will become — not just another clinic network.
Naia is structured to give talented people real responsibility and high autonomy early. You will consistently work across disciplines on new, difficult problems that have real, society-wide implications — in an environment where ambition and hard work are rewarded.
Our company spans clinics, products, and software, which means there are meaningful opportunities to work across different parts of the healthcare ecosystem.
If the role below fits you, please apply. If not, we are always looking for exceptional people — and we strongly encourage you to submit a general application.
About the Role
As a Growth Manager at Naia, you will work as part of a Growth Lead’s team to drive growth across the organisation’s most important priorities. This is not a narrow marketing role and not limited to a single product or channel. It is a high-ownership, outcomes-driven role for someone who wants to build, test, and scale growth systems across clinics, products, and new ventures within the broader corporate group.
Growth Managers operate inside high-performance growth teams. You will work closely with your Growth Lead and senior leaders to execute growth strategies, run experiments, and turn ideas into measurable outcomes. Work is organised on a project basis, typically in defined 12-week periods, with performance-based compensation tied directly to results. Strong performers are rewarded with larger scopes, greater responsibility, and increasing upside.
This role is designed as a builder role. You will execute hands-on, learn how to run growth projects end-to-end, and develop the skills required to eventually lead growth independently. High performers will have the opportunity to progress into a Growth Lead role and build their own team, or continue scaling within larger growth units depending on preference and performance.
To ensure deep understanding of the business, you should expect to spend part of your first six months working part-time in operations (e.g. clinics, customer support, frontline workflows). This role is ideal for someone who wants high autonomy within a team structure, fast learning, and the opportunity to work across a wide range of projects — with compensation tied directly to performance.
Among other things, responsibilities of the role may include:
Executing growth initiatives across specific products, services, or projects within the corporate group
Supporting the design and execution of end-to-end growth strategies across channels
Running experiments, analysing results, and iterating quickly based on data and real-world feedback
Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams
Contributing to growth planning, prioritisation, and execution within 12-week cycles
Operating within real constraints (time, capital, team size) to deliver outcomes
Supporting the scaling and handoff of initiatives once systems are stable
Moving between companies, products, or projects as executive priorities evolve
What You Bring
Formal qualifications or experience are nice to have, but not required. We care about ability, work ethic and personality.
Must be 18+ (we hire on capability, not tenure).
Strong internal drive and self-motivation — you don’t require external pressure or supervision to perform.
Extreme ownership over your work and outcomes — if something is yours, it gets done.
Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguity into action — you can identify opportunities, design and execute an approach, test and iterate using data and experimentation, and scale what works without needing constant direction.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly understand complex problems, new industries, and systems from first principles.
Willingness to do whatever the role requires in the moment, including unglamorous or practical work.
