Charlotte Strong is a Senior Physiotherapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience across public and private healthcare settings. She graduated from Keele University (UK) in 2006 and has spent 16 years of her career at Royal North Shore Hospital.
Charlotte specialises in the assessment and management of chronic and complex musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular focus on hip and knee osteoarthritis. Her approach is evidence-based and person-centred, helping people understand their condition, improve function and develop effective strategies for long-term self-management.
As the Osteoarthritis Chronic Care Program (OACCP) Coordinator at Royal North Shore Hospital (2022–2026), Charlotte supported the implementation, ongoing development and evaluation of the Osteoarthritis Chronic Care Program across Royal North Shore and Ryde Hospitals. She worked closely with rheumatology, orthopaedic and allied health teams to coordinate multidisciplinary care for patients across both conservative and surgical treatment pathways.
Charlotte continues to contribute to osteoarthritis research and remains committed to improving outcomes for people living with osteoarthritis through evidence-based physiotherapy and multidisciplinary care.
